I feel bright and happy when I hear this. The synths you chose really fit the bright and happy mood of "Rainbow Road".
And I like how the fade to percussion solo ends this track. I would've added a fade-out at the end of the percussion solo, but that's just me.

This was one of my fav tracks from Mario 64 back in the day, and you do a pretty good job. I would've put a bit more emphasis on the melody, but that's just me. The percussion you got has a good beat as it is. :D :D

Good use of sound effects.
I like the lightning and seagulls sounds. I would've developed the guitarish melody more. I assume you wanted a relaxing sound, but even then, the melody has to be developed juuuust a bit.
